  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive top-tier service
  • Coordinating property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Handling tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and compliance requirements
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently
  • Conducting regular property visits and ensuring properties meet safety and legal standards
  • Managing check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth tenancy process
  • Keeping accurate records and updating property management systems
The Ideal Candidate: ? Previous experience in property management or lettings (preferred)? Strong organisational and problem-solving skills? Excellent communication and customer service skills? Knowledge of relevant property legislation and compliance (ARLA qualification is a plus)? Ability to multitask and work well under pressure?
