Dove and Hawkhave partnered with an independent leading Estate Agency who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Wimbledon!!Duties:
- Managing the rental property portfolio of 90 high-end properties.
- Dealing with initial move in process to ensure smooth handover of property to the tenant.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, third party contractors and professional advisors.
- Arranging works and maintenance within the property portfolio, which includes liaising with the landlord regarding works and costs.
- Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants regarding any maintenance work to ensure completion.
- Ensuring the property management records are kept up to date on Reapit and all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Booking and chasing gas safety checks. EICRs and EPCs.
- Producing regular property inspection reports and following up on any works.
- Managing end of tenancy process and tenancy deposit returns.
- Providing support to landlords and tenants including any issues/complaints that arise during or post tenancy.
- Liaising with the lettings team to ensure any pre-tenancy or mid-term tenancy works are completed.
- Administering TDS Claims.
- Keeping abreast of legal changes/compliance and adapting terms of business, legal forms and tenancy agreements when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years comparable experience
