An exciting opportunity has become available with a Single-Family Office based in London who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

Within this role, you will be managing a portfolio of properties located in the UK and abroad and will be responsible for; liaising with contractors and service providers on property related projects, managing the budgets for refurbishments and renovations, making sure that the properties are stocked and ready to use by the Principal and their family at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management

  • Management of properties in the UK and Internationally.
  • Ensure all properties are fully operational to the highest standard and ready for the Principal to occupy at all times.
  • Preparation and execution of planned maintenance regimes.
  • Organisation of reactive repairs.
  • Identify and manage works to optimise the performance, functionality and design of existing properties.
  • Identify and manage additional works and refurbishments.
  • Work together with existing service providers and identify new vendors to form strong service network.
  • Scrutinise and review costs to ensure best value for the Principal.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for property management.
  • Weekly progress and cost reports to the owner.
  • Be hands on as well as a strategic professional.

Family Service

  • Support the family with any requests to help achieve full enjoyment of the properties.
  • Manage the household operation including staffing, admiration, procurement, reporting.
  • Manage household inventories, including household supplies and equipment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with a calm & proactive mindset.
  • Have strong technical background to manage the multiple smart home apps, building management systems and other equipment integrated throughout the properties.

Project Management

  • Act as client representative with the development of new property projects.
  • Oversee the professional team and provide detail reports to the client.
  • Be the 'eyes and ears’ of the Principal and actively execute their intensions and preferences upon the professional team.

Interior Design & Furnishing

  • Support the client with furnishing and life-styling of the properties to help achieve the design and functionality potential of the properties.

Family Office Support

  • Be responsible for the administration of the UK entity.
  • To include, but not limited to:
    • HR
    • Accounts
    • General company administration
    • H&S
    • Compliance

Remuneration will be commensurate with the duties and demands of the role and the experience of the candidate.
