Our client is a premier estate agency offering an unparalleled service in some of the most prestigious areas of London, namely Notting Hill, Kensington & Holland Park. Due to increased business levels, they are looking to recruit a professional and mature Property Manager to join the team.
You will be handling a portfolio of high-end properties, therefore, previous experience within a property management role and working with high-net-worth individuals is essential.

Personal specification:
• Ideally have 3+ years’ experience within property management• Strong understanding of current lettings legislation• Experience working in Prime Central London• ARLA/NFoPP would be advantageous• IT literate• Excellent communication skills• Strong customer service skills• Highly organised• Mature and professional.
Our client is offering a salary in the region of ÂŁ35,000 depending on previous experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with the opportunity to work 1 day from home.
