The role.

  • Dealing with general day to day maintenance, such as leaks, boiler repairs and general maintenance.
  • Creating new Tenancies by using CFP.
  • Drafting Tenancy agreements and supporting new move in documents.
  • Renewals.
  • Tenancy swaps.
  • Registering deposits using TDS and DPS.
  • Returning deposits.
  • Dealing with dilapidations.
  • Arranging all legal certificates.
  • Tagging new keys.
  • Signing keys in and out.
  • Re-referencing tenants when needed.
  • Ensuring all compliance is always kept up to date.
  • Raising work sheets.
  • Dealing with sub-contracts and in house contractors for maintenance works required.
  • Dealing with notice from tenants
  • Assisting with section 21 notices.
  • Be responsible for your own portfolio
  • Arla qualified desirable
