- Oversee the daily operations of managed properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and comply with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, managing landlord relationships and service contracts.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage tenant onboarding and lease renewals, conducting move-in and move-out inspections.
- Resolve tenant disputes and enforce lease terms in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Financial Management:
- Review and approve invoices, ensuring timely payment to vendors and contractors.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate property records, including leases, maintenance logs, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
- Prepare regular reports on property performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of property management best practices, landlord-tenant laws, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- ARLA qualification is preferred but not required.
- UK Driving license.
