This position offers the opportunity to manage a mid-sized portfolio (circa 12-17 properties, 700 units), making a significant impact on their clients and their communities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of mid-sized leasehold properties.

  • Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance property values and residents' satisfaction.

  • Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, residents, and stakeholders.

  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and service charge collection.
