Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a Property Manager and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, negotiating contracts, and preparing tenancy agreements while ensuring safety checks are up to date.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with no weekend cover required.

PROPERTY MANAGER - Shoreditch - MON-FRI ONLY - £30k - £35kDuties/Functions of the role:

Managing a portfolio of 100 - 120 AST properties
Dealing with daily maintenance, urgent works in a competent & timely manner
Ensuring gas/electrical safety checks are up to date
Arranging inventories, check in and check outs
Advising utility companies of meter readings
Co-ordinating of estimates and arranging of repairs with contractors, liaising between landlords and tenants
Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts
Negotiating the return of deposits between landlords and tenants
Daily correspondence
Preparation of Tenancy Agreements

Requirements of the role:

1 years+ experience of being a Property Manager
Strong attention to detail
Strong organisation skill and time management
High communication skills both verbally and written
A keen problem solver
Strong administration and excellent IT skills
Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
Positive and encouraging attitude
ARLA qualified preferred
