- Oversee 110 properties, ensuring high maintenance standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing issues promptly.
- Coordinate and supervise repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct regular property inspections for safety and legal compliance.
- Manage rent collection and handle arrears efficiently.
- Administer tenant renewals and agreements.
- Provide landlords with timely updates on property issues, repairs, and maintenance needs.
- Experience in property management, managing a portfolio of properties.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, maintenance, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- A full UK driving license is desirable.
