Property Manager

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic lettings team in South West London. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property management and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding service.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Property Management department.
  • Manage a portfolio of 130 properties.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy.
  • Conduct thorough pre-tenancy checks to ensure properties are move-in ready.
  • Respond to and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance for the portfolio.
  • Provide advice and guidance to landlords and tenants on property-related matters.
  • Handle deposit deductions in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with timeframes and offering support during the deposit dilapidation process.
  • Collaborate with the lettings team to support business growth and assist in other areas as needed.
Key Attributes:
  • Motivated, hard-working, and enthusiastic with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems autonomously.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • ARLA qualification (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both with colleagues and clients.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the lettings process.
Additional Information:
  • This is an office-based role with a working schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. 
  • This position is available for an immediate start and offers a competitive salary in the range of £40,000 - £45,000.
