An established estate agency based in North London are looking for a property manager. This agency is renowned for having a beautiful portfolio of homes and delivering a fantastic experience as well as providing invaluable knowledge and guidance.
As a property manager you will oversee all administration tasks on behalf of the landlord and address enquires quickly to effectively provide resolutions. You will also ensure that all properties are being maintained effectively and are compliant to the relevant requirements/standards.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an effective and confident communicator who is organised and structured in their way of working. The ability to be able to manage finances and analyse reports is also desired for this role.

The salary is paying up to £38,000 accompanied by a range of benefits.
