A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced property manager to join our clientās bespoke office in Belsize Park! You will be working alongside another property manager and administrator handling all aspects of property management, including accounts and inspections.
If you have a professional manner, excellent administrative skills, and good knowledge of current lettings legislation, this may be the perfect role for you!

ā¢ Experience within residential property managementā¢ Strong organisational skillsā¢ Meticulous attention to detailā¢ Confident in dealing with clientsā¢ Computer literateā¢ Able to multi-task and prioritise workloadā¢ ARLA qualification would be considered an advantageā¢ Full UK driving licence would be preferred but is not essential. Most properties for inspection are within walking distance of the office.
The salary on offer will be in the region of Ā£32,000 to Ā£38,000 depending on experience. You will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays from 10am to 3pm and will receive half a day back in lieu for this.
