Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a Portfolio of Properties
- Key Management
- Sending welcome letters, inventories and rent codes.
- Right to rents.
- Deposit Deductions
- Updating database
- Booking checkouts
- Renewals and tenant swaps
- Serving Section 21s
- Arranging reactive and planned maintenance
