As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations
- Managing existing tenancies and negotiating with contractors
- Tenancy renewals and amendments
- Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation
- Working with a team to ensure a high standard of customerservice is delivered
- Arranging reactive and planned maintenance
