Property ManagerA North London property management company seeks a Property Manager (or Assistant PM) to join its team, reporting to the Director of Property Management. This full-time role is ideal for a dedicated individual eager to grow with the company.Duties:
  • Manage residential properties in London
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords, addressing maintenance issues
  • First point of contact for management enquiries
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
  • Oversee completion of works
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Conduct property inspections and arrange inventories & check-outs
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and process renewals
  • Arrange licences and coordinate maintenance work
