- Liaise with tenants and landlords, addressing maintenance issues
- First point of contact for management enquiries
- Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
- Oversee completion of works
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Conduct property inspections and arrange inventories & check-outs
- Prepare tenancy agreements and process renewals
- Arrange licences and coordinate maintenance work
- Ensure legal compliance documentation is up to date
- Be available for emergency issues
- Minimum 1-year property management experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills
