The ideal candidate should have experience in property management, dealing with maintenance issues, and liaising with utility personnel and contractors.
Responsibilities include supporting lettings administration, handling landlord statements, rent disputes, invoices, and tenant communication.
A team player with a friendly and flexible attitude is essential, as the role requires collaboration and assistance among team members.
IT literacy is crucial, and prior experience with property databases, preferably Rentman, is required for this position.

Experienced Property Manager & or Lettings Coordinator is needed to represent this small close team of Letting & Managing Agents in North West London.

My client is looking for someone who can assist with Property Management queries and repairs involving all maintenance issues, liaise with utility personnel and contractors, answering calls and help with reports. Someone who can also support Lettings admin, deal with Landlord statements, rent disputes, Invoices, deposits, and liaise with tenants when needed. A team player is essential as it's all hands on deck, this person must be happy to help out when needed.

A friendly flexible attitude who is very efficient and has an excellent eye for detail. Someone who is IT literate, it is essential you have had some property database experience preferably Rentman.
