This position is for an ambitious property manager at a leading property company in Canary Wharf.
The role involves managing budgets and service charges for a portfolio of high-end residential properties in central London.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management and ideally possess an AIRPM qualification.
The job offers a salary of £50,000 along with 25 days of holiday and a company pension.
Working hours are from 9am to 5:30pm, with flexibility and a hybrid work model of four days in the office and one day from home.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property manager to join the team at their headquarters in Canary Wharf, my client is a market leader within the property sector and have an ever expanding portfolio of high end residential properties and developments.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all budgets and service charges across a portfolio of buildings around central London, most of the buildings have resident porters in them so you would be accountable for managing them.

Working hours are 9am to 5:30pm, but flexibility is offered. You will be based in the head-office and you would be expected in the office at 4 days a week with one day working from home.

The salary is £50k
