Experienced Property Manager is needed for an established close team of Lettings and Management agents in North West London.

Must have Property Management experience. A Property Manager who is able to deal with tenants and landlords via email and on the phone. The Property Manager will be responsible for visiting property sites and carrying out basic inspections. The Property Manager will be responsible for a large portfolio, liaising with contractors and maintenance personnel regarding enquiries from small repairs to refurbishments. A Property Manager who is happy to help with Management and Lettings Administration, sending and renewing tenancy agreements, invoicing, dealing with Excel spreadsheets offering help and advice to owners and tenants regarding their property situation and condition.

The successful person must be someone who is interested in the property industry and wants to learn and progress, someone who can use their initiative in a confident and professional way liaising with people at all levels. The Property Manager will be making decisions independently and as part of a team. A flexible attitude who has strong administrative and compliance skills with database experience and an excellent eye for detail.
