Property Manager - Dulwich - 32k-35k

The role will include all administration for new files, this is not an exhaustive list.

* Adding the new file to the CRM system
* Applying for references and credit checks
* Right to rent checks
* Drawing up all necessary paperwork such as offer forms and tenancy agreements
* Arranging inventories, cleaning and conditions of offer
* Phone cover
* Creating and sending move in packs
* Notifying utility companies

using Qube sales and lettings to any knowledge of that is advantageous but training will be given
