Your duties will include managing repairs, inspections, rent collection, and working closely with tenants and landlords.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee 110 properties, ensuring high maintenance standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing issues promptly.
Coordinate and supervise repairs and maintenance.
Conduct regular property inspections for safety and legal compliance.
