- Manage the day-to-day duties of the Property Management department
- Retain Management on the Portfolio of 130
- Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants during the tenancy.
- Carry out thorough pre-tenancy checks to ensure that properties are ready for move in
- Respond and deal with any repairs and maintenance that are required on the portfolio
- Offer advice to landlords and tenants for any problems related to the property
- Negotiate deposit deduction in a fair and efficient manner, within required timeframes, and providing guidance on the process of deposit dilapidations
- Working with the lettings team to grow overall business by assisting in other areas as necessaryÂ
- Motivated and hardworking individual with an enthusiastic attitude
- Self-initiative and autonomy to problem solve
- Full UK driving licence
- Preferably ARLA qualified
- Experience within a similar role
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Provide excellent customer service in every interaction with internal colleagues and external clients
- Knowledge and understanding of lettings as a whole
