Property Manager – South West LondonKey Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and managing the rental property portfolio.
  • Communicating with landlords, tenants, contractors, and professional advisers.
  • Coordinating and managing property maintenance and repair work.
  • Conducting property inspections and preparing quarterly reports.
  • Carrying out pre-tenancy checks.
  • Addressing and resolving landlord and tenant complaints.
  • Providing maintenance advice to landlords.
  • Coordinating repairs between contractors, landlords, and tenants.
  • Scheduling and ensuring compliance with gas safety checks.
  • Managing tenancy deposit returns and handling DPS claims.
  • Offering support and guidance to both landlords and tenants on queries.
  • Collaborating with lettings negotiators.
  • Staying informed about legal changes and updating terms, agreements, and documents accordingly.
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks and general inquiries.
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date database records.
  • Managing keys and processing invoices.
  • Representing the company professionally, adhering to brand standards and best practices.
  • Performing any additional tasks to support the team.
Package:
  • Salary: £32,000–£37,000 per annum.
  • Discretionary bonus (non-fee earners).
  • 21 days of holiday, increasing by 1 day per year (up to 28 days).
  • Additional discretionary holiday between Christmas and New Year.
