Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a role that allows you to work from wherever you want? If so, this role could be a great fit.
As an Experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding service to clients and third parties, managing residential conveyancing matters with expertise and professionalism. You'll have access to dedicated support, including onboarding assistance and specialist post-completion teams.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of 40–100 files, depending on experience
- Overseeing the sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build and other technical transactions
- Providing guidance and support to team members with their caseloads
- Meeting completion targets while maintaining the highest standards of service
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive, skilled Residential Conveyancer with a passion for delivering excellent client service. Ideally, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing caseload
- Strong IT literacy, including experience with case management systems
- Excellent communication skills with clients, both written and verbal
- A proven track record of working to targets and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
