We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales & Lettings Manager for an independent Estate Agency in Islington. With an OTE of up to £80k. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Branch in all the Sales and Lettings process

The Sales & Lettings Manager will require you to have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties, but not limited:

  • Manage the office in both the Sales and Lettings team.
  • Build relationships with local landlords and work closely with the Sales team to drive growth.
  • Oversee the entire Sales & Lettings process from property valuations to completion and tenancy commencement.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants and buyers.
  • Perform market appraisals for both Sales and Lettings.
  • Negotiate offers with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications in accordance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in the property market, exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Must have valuation experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
  • Be up to date with relevant property legislation and regulations is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and own car

Salary:

£25,000 - £35,000 pa depending on experience

OTE £45,000 - £80,000 pa
