Our client needs someone committed to full time office working, occasional weekend work and experience in Luxury Property / Property Development sales.

Description

As Sales Executive, you will work within the Marketing Department with responsibility for the sales of a Luxury London based mixed use development, as a customer facing member of staff providing a professional and efficient service to all prospective and current customers. Secure the required sales in line with the financial targets and provide an excellent customer experience in accordance with the commitments and ambitions of the business.

Working from the onsite marketing suite, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the marketing suite and show homes.

  • Participate as an active member of the wider sales and marketing team
  • Maintain the presentation of the marketing suite and show apartments to the highest standard
  • Conduct viewings with potential purchasers and selling agents
  • Apply effective selling and negotiation skills in order to meet and exceed targets
  • Progress Sales Pipeline alongside our client's legal representative
  • Build and maintain relationships with estate agents and introducers, carrying out full development briefings in order to drive leads and sales
  • To effectively manage your individual sales administration in order to ensure that correct reporting is provided
  • Assist with sales events both onsite and externally
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Carry out competitor, industry and local area research and produce reports
  • Assist with the marketing & sale of commercial spaces
  • Manage the daily upkeep of the marketing suite and show homes to ensure the development is presenting to its best at all times

Profile

  • Well presented, confident, professional with a passion for property development, especially in residential and mixed use
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and respond well to pressure
  • Interested in what motivates people and how to motivate others
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative
  • Able to work on a 7 day rota, working up to 3 weekends per month (it will not be the case that every month requires you to work 3 weekends)
  • Luxury property sales experience for a UK Developer or New Homes department within an estate agent
  • In-depth knowledge of the London property market and a strong understanding of mortgage, tax, Property Misdescriptions Act UK and legal sales procedures in the residential market
  • A working relationship with a wide variety of consultants in the sales and marketing arena
  • Demonstrate a strong sales record in the residential sector
  • Demonstrates accuracy, pays attention to detail and ensures tasks are completed on time
  • Demonstrates repeated effort over a period of time, overcoming obstacles in order to achieve a goal
  • Able to engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders

Job Offer

Our client is looking to pay c.£35-40k Base Salary Dependant on Experience with an additional c.£35k oin OTE. Additional bonus commission for exceeding total yearly team targets and all benefits to be discussed at interview.
