• Managing a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and estates, including new builds, purpose-built, and converted properties• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and residents, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally• Organising and attending client and resident meetings regularly, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Directors’ meetings• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance works• Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring timely service charge collection and accurate financial reporting• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, lease requirements, and company policies• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, and key stakeholdersEssentials for the RoleYou will be required to work full time in our Mayfair Office, with hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm.The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in residential block management and possess a full, clean driving license to facilitate regular travel for client and resident meetings.You should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and achieving results.We are looking for individuals who:• Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills• Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities• Showcase a proactive and solution-oriented approach to handling complex property matters• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities• Have the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
