Block Management Regional Manager  Our client is a recognised name in London property with 50 + offices across the capital.  They are looking for a very senior block management professional to join their team as Regional Manager to be based in a SW London office.Do you have experience in a similar Block Property Management position? Are you a great people leader with experience in coaching and training?  Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skillsMTPI Accreditation is essential for this role, maintaining the required CPD. This role requires someone who is forward thinking, innovative and looking for opportunities to improve this department.  They need you to bring new thinking and yet embrace the legacy of this highly successful business.The organisation offering a range of property services including block management, commercial, residential, and financial services. They manage over 15,000 residential and commercial units in different mixed-use schemes across 130 locations in London, with a combined portfolio worth £10 billion.Responsibilities of a regional manager include:
  • Review, and adjust as necessary, the productivity and performance of the department, ensuring KPIs continue to be met and customer service standards are maintained
  • Work together with the Divisional Director to review and implement department policies, KPIs and standards to ensure the efficient operation of the division
  • Handle escalations of problems/complaints and resolve them in line with the relevant management agreement, complaints procedure or company policy
  • Responsible for block management of a small portfolio or as team cover
  • Schedule and undertake inspections to ensure properties are maintained in a safe and satisfactory condition and in line with agreed maintenance schedules
  • Report to clients on the findings of inspections, agreeing and actioning relevant works on a timely basis
  • Request quotes and organise routine maintenance or major works to ensure contractual requirements are met
