- Must have MTPI/IRPM accreditation
- Proven experience managing a block team

- Review, and adjust as necessary, the productivity and performance of the department, ensuring KPIs continue to be met and customer service standards are maintained
- Work together with the Divisional Director to review and implement department policies, KPIs and standards to ensure the efficient operation of the division
- Handle escalations of problems/complaints and resolve them in line with the relevant management agreement, complaints procedure or company policy
- Responsible for block management of a small portfolio or as team cover
- Schedule and undertake inspections to ensure properties are maintained in a safe and satisfactory condition and in line with agreed maintenance schedules
- Report to clients on the findings of inspections, agreeing and actioning relevant works on a timely basis
- Request quotes and organise routine maintenance or major works to ensure contractual requirements are met
