The Duty Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that residents receive the highest levels of service, safety, and satisfaction, fostering a welcoming and well-managed environment at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the residential building, including front-of-house, concierge services, and maintenance teams.

  • Manage and respond to residents’ requests and concerns with the utmost professionalism and discretion, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

  • Maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness, security, and presentation throughout the property.

  • Coordinate with service providers and contractors, ensuring that services are delivered to the highest standard.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

  • Supervise and support on-site staff, providing guidance, feedback, and assistance as needed to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.

  • Report and follow up on any incidents or emergencies, ensuring a swift response in line with company protocols.
