As an Estate Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming appearance of communal and outdoor areas. You'll support daily operations, respond to resident requests, and ensure the environment always reflects the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain front-of-house, back-of-house, and outdoor areas
* Support residents with housekeeping-related requests and deliver prompt, thoughtful service
* Assist in the management of waste, recycling, and bin stores
* Help prepare the building for move-ins and move-outs
* Report and follow up on any maintenance or safety issues
* Adhere to all health, safety, and building regulations
* Support handovers and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service
* Take ownership of designated zones and uphold visual standards
