Estates Operations Manager

We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Operations Manager to work for an organisation based in North London. The contract will last an initial 6 months but with likely extension or permanent contract

Position:Estates Operations Manager
Location:North London
Pay rate:32 to 38 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage in house engineering team
• Supervise Electrical, Mechanical and Building Engineers
• Responsible for maintenance strategy
• Oversee building compliance documentation
• Liaise with senior management regarding budgets and timescales
• Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards
• Work with capital department to ensure work is handed over
