Head of Property Management
We are currently working with a national managing agent that requires a new Head of Property Management for their London team. This is predominantly, residential properties.
This will be to lead the residential team on all aspects of leasehold management, around 10,000 units and growing.
We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills as well as more technical knowledge, such as building safety. Staff management is a key aspect of. This role.
Responsibilities, Head of Property Management
- Provide strong, effective and visible leadership
- Oversee operational and commercial performance across the region
- Identify opportunities to enhance profitability through the use of technology, process efficiencies and economies of scale.
- Ensure that compliance activity is prioritised
- Provide strategic leadership of building safety issues
- Develop strong, trusted and strategic relationships
- Ensure that all necessary systems, policies, and procedures to are in place
- Risk management, identifying potential issues
Requirements: Head of Property Management
- 10 plus years experience in Property Management.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Experience in working at a senior level, managing and motivating teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Membership ideally to MTPI and/or AssocRICS
- Proven management skills.
Salary - Head of Property Management
£85,000 to £95,000 plus excellent company benefits
