Role Overview:We are looking for motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing holiday letting company in London as Holiday Lettings Managers. This role combines a basic salary for financial security with a generous commission structure, making it perfect for those who thrive in a performance-based environment and have a passion for property and guest management.
Key Responsibilities:-
Advertise Properties:Promote luxury holiday homes on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.

Manage Bookings:Handle guest inquiries, manage booking calendars, and secure reservations.

Client Engagement:Conduct property viewings for potential clients and maintain strong relationships with property owners.

Guest Experience:Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, creating a seamless and memorable experience for guests.

Basic Salary:Receive a starting salary of £18,000-£22,000/year (depending on experience), paid monthly.

Commission on Bookings:Earn 5% commission on every booking you manage, offering uncapped earning potential.
