LETTINGS COORDINATOR  An exciting permanent opportunity to join a top tier, industry leading property development organisation as a Lettings Coordinator!  LETTINGS COORDINATOR RESPOSNSIBILITES:
  • Preparing accurate property listings, uploading to relevant portals, and organising virtual or in-person viewings
  • Processing tenant applications, conducting reference checks, verifying employment and rental histories, and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all legal documents comply with relevant regulations
  • Overseeing the move-in process, providing tenants with necessary information, keys, and property access; coordinating inventories and ensuring the property is ready for occupation
  • Acting as a key point of contact for tenants, addressing queries, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy period
  • Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by tenants or landlords promptly and professionally
  • Ensuring all lettings comply with current legislation, including tenant deposit schemes, gas safety, EPCs, and relevant housing laws
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and correspondence with tenants and landlords
  • Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards by overseeing gas safety checks, electrical inspections, and other statutory requirements
  • Keeping the property management system updated with information on properties, tenants, and landlords
  • Assisting with rent collection, ensuring timely processing of payments, and following up with tenants on missed payments
  • Performing general office duties, including handling calls, emails, and other correspondence related to lettings
 LETTINGSCOORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a lettings or property management role
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Exceptional written and verbal abilities, enabling effective interaction with tenants, landlords, and colleagues
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Keen eye for detail, especially in preparing documentation and ensuring processes are followed accurately
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing tenant or property issues
