?? As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Identify client requirements and match to the property portfolio.
- Maximise appointment and activity levels
?? Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Previous Sales and/or customer services experience
- Target driven and tenacious, with demonstrable evidence of achievements
- Collaborate effectively with others
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Good organisational skills
- Possess a strong desire to lead in every performance table
- Hold a full driving license, have your own car and be insured for Business Use
