Property Administrator (12 Month FTC) - North London - £28,000 to £30,000My client is in need for someone to join the company on a Fixed Term Contract (12 months - possibly to extend until 2026). A very successful multi-branch global agency, the branch themselves are fast pace, busy and very hard workers. You will be a vital part of the team, providing administration support to the Residential Lettings and Sales teams whilst ensuring the smooth running of their busy office. You will be organised and driven with fantastic customer service skills to provide excellent front of house services.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful branch, and will be extremely busy and requires an individual who is efficient and, able to work to tight deadlines.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Sales & Lettings team with any administrator tasks
  • Cover all compliance
  • Handle inquiries from potential tenants and landlords
  • Maintaining an organised database of properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Support client onboarding processes and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations for lettings and sales process
  • Handle tenant queries and concerns effectively, providing exceptional customer service
  • Be the first point of call in their busy office and greet and assist visitors, answering incoming calls
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing incoming correspondence
  • Responsible for overseeing marketing of available properties; uploading to website and portals and Instagram platform

Required skills and expertise:

  • A minimum of 2 years administration experience within the real estate or property management industry
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced busy office environment
  • Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and procedures related to lettings and would be desirable
  • Proficiently use Instagram is a big bonus!
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills with a vibrant and energetic personality
