We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our client's professional and friendly team in Islington, London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday (fully office-based)
About the Company:

Our client is a leading property investment firm managing an extensive portfolio of over 800 commercial and residential properties across England, Scotland, and Wales.

Your Role:

As a Property Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Commercial Property Management team. You'll be the go-to person for processing POs, managing invoices, and coordinating with tenants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for property repairs and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with tenants and contractors, acting as the first point of contact for queries and maintenance requests.
  • Track and oversee repairs, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard.
  • Manage invoices and collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely payments.
  • Handle utility bills, ensuring accurate processing and cost allocation.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance, coordinating site visits and audits.
  • Maintain key records and assist with scheduling inspections and team meetings.
What We're Looking For:
  • Commercial property experience
  • Proven experience managing Purchase Orders (POs) and utility bills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - confident in liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to pick up internal systems quickly.
