- Market Analysis: Study, Analyze the competitors' and challenges in real estate market and be with the trend.
- Marketing: Using different sales plan and strategies, promote the GPS business portfolio and properties to reach the market.
- Identify Opportunities: Explore new opportunities like on-boarding agents, getting properties for buy, sell and let.
- Generating leads: Plan Budget, generate cost effective sales leads through cold calling, email/SMS marketing and other digital platform to fasten the sales process.
- Customer Service: Building strong relationship with customers by understanding their needs and driving the business success
- Negotiations: Maintaining strong Negotiations, making calculated concessions to close the deals which benefits both customer and company.
- Reporting: Provide clear insights to the management that draws meaningful conclusions.
- Key Person: Leadership ability to take Ethical decision and actions which results in personal and employer growth.
