Our client is an independent, friendly Estate Agents with a vast council house portfolio.

Are you a driven professional with a knack for property management and customer service? We are seeking a skilled Procurement Assistant/Lease Renewals Specialist to join their thriving team. This permanent role offers a rewarding career path in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will come from a Property Management/Property Administration background. If you are from a Social Housing background that would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease Renewals: Negotiate lease renewals with expert training provided.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct interim inspections, full inventories with photos, and accompany Local Authority inspectors on visits.
  • Operational Duties: Manage gas and electric meter top-ups, key collections/cutting, and prepare detailed works reports.
  • Documentation & Systems: Update the CFP CRM system, handle enquiries, collate certificates, and ensure files are ready for submission.
  • Customer Interaction: Cover phone lines from 9 am, liaise with landlords and Local Authorities, and manage the Ready to Let notifications.
  • Coordination & Booking: Organize bookings for Void Officers and update the Local Authority ADAM system.
  • General Office Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Your Skill Set:

  • Communication: Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Property Experience: Essential experience in property management and inventories.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CFP or similar CRM systems, Excel, and general IT skills.
  • Organisational Prowess: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Driving & Presentation: Clean driver’s license and a professional, personable appearance.
  • Negotiation & Documentation: Preferred negotiating skills and familiarity with Docusign.
