About the clientThe Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Property Officer on a part-time basis for a housing company in North London.Accountabilities

  • Ensure contract management processes are in place for repairs and maintenance activities
  • Management for cost, budget, contracts and delivery of works
  • Management of contract performance and liaison with residents
  • Work closely with customer service teams and ensure tenant feedback on repairs
  • Assist with cyclical repairs projects
  • Ensure stock condition surveys are updated in alignment with company processes
  • Oversee void work
  • Work closely with housing management and asset management teams

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience with contracts management
  • Experience with voids, repairs and maintenance
  • Good awareness and exposure of H&S and ability to manage surveying processes
  • Able to assist with cyclical maintenance work
  • Preferably experience in either housing, care, public or third sectors
