Your duties will include:

Developing new business (primary & secondary deals)
Developing/maintaining business relationships with existing & prospective clients/counterparties
Credit analysis – preparing proposals
Monitoring business portfolio
Leading transactions to deal completion

Your experience must include:

Extensive proven and relevant experience in credit and loan documentation gained within banking covering a real estate portfolio
Strong credit analysis skills
Fluency in Chinese language is ESSENTIAL
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Degree educated
