Sales Administrator required for national estate agency in Cirencester!
You will be a proactive Administrator supporting the Sales Team to join a highly successful Residential Sales Team based in the heart of the Cotswolds. This role is key to supporting a dynamic property sales team to ensure Operations run smoothly.
You will be able to communicate effectively and manage priorities as well as foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will engage with clients and help managing key client relationships as well as assist with compliance management. Duties will also include document preparation as well as Financial Administration including assisting with invoicing and database managmenet.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as strong organisational and time-management skills. Previous sales administration, ideally within residential property sales in a similar industry is preferred as well as a familiarity managing property databases is highly advantageous.
