  • Managing incoming enquiries and registering prospective buyers in a professional and engaging manner
  • Creating strong relationships with buyers and vendors, offering exceptional service at every stage
  • Preparing sales documentation to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Overseeing deals from offer to completion, liaising with solicitors and stakeholders throughout
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings across some of London’s most desirable postcodes
  • Delivering timely and insightful feedback to vendors
  • Handling negotiations and securing offers with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for all parties
- Key Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator 
  • Experience working with HNWI preferred but not essential 
  • Comfortable using property software and confident with IT systems
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Well-spoken, confident, and immaculately presented
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
