Key Responsibilities:This role is positioned within the property management team but involves collaboration with the accounts department, HR and senior leadership. The main duties include:
- Overseeing a select portfolio of ultra-prime residential developments in Central London.
- Directly reporting to clients and company directors, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Working alongside the service charge accounting team to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinating with HR to manage and support on-site staff, including hiring and coverage planning.
- Assisting senior team members with their portfolios and providing ad hoc support when required.
To excel in this role, the candidate should demonstrate:
- Expertise in managing premium residential properties and a strong grasp of current property legislation.
- Familiarity with the high-end London property market and experience in new-build developments.
- A proven ability to manage service charge budgets, cash flow, and large-scale projects such as Section 20 consultations.
- A track record of ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to daily tasks.
- Actively manage a portfolio of high-value properties, conducting regular site visits.
- Prepare and oversee service charge budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenditures.
- Manage arrears and enforce credit control measures in coordination with the accounts team.
- Maintain compliance across all sites, including health and safety and operational records.
- Handle major works projects, leaseholder applications, and planned maintenance.
- Support the concierge and on-site teams, ensuring consistent delivery of a premium service.
- Participate in broader projects such as cost analysis, contract tendering, and resource planning.
This role is office-based in Central London for a minimum of three days per week.
