Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be a key player in the continued success of the branch. Your role will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:

  • Negotiating tenancy terms and renewals between tenants and landlords
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with both tenants and landlords
  • Matching tenants to suitable properties and providing them with essential property information
  • Booking and conducting viewings, ensuring properties are presented in the best light
  • Actively seeking out new business opportunities and expanding the client base
  • Managing tenant move-ins and ensuring a smooth transition
  • Handling general administration and offers with efficiency
  • Responding to incoming calls and addressing queries professionally

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lettings and be passionate about delivering exceptional service. We’re looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a team, with a drive to succeed and a natural ability to close deals.

To be considered, you must have:
