Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be a key player in the continued success of the branch. Your role will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:
- Negotiating tenancy terms and renewals between tenants and landlords
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with both tenants and landlords
- Matching tenants to suitable properties and providing them with essential property information
- Booking and conducting viewings, ensuring properties are presented in the best light
- Actively seeking out new business opportunities and expanding the client base
- Managing tenant move-ins and ensuring a smooth transition
- Handling general administration and offers with efficiency
- Responding to incoming calls and addressing queries professionally

- A strong, proven track record in Lettings
- Excellent IT skills, with experience using industry software
- A team player who can also work independently with confidence

- A full UK driving licence
