Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Management Surveyor for a permanent opportunity with a leading real estate services firm. Based from Central London, the Property Management Surveyor will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial property assets including, industrial and logistics facilities, small office complexes and retail units for an established market leading client.
Working in partnership with the client, the Property Surveyor will manage a mixed property portfolio, making this an interesting and varied role managing properties located throughout London and the South East. The successful candidate will also have a fair degree of direct client involvement and reporting, assisting and advising on opportunities to maintain and enhance the performance of the property investments.
For this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant degree qualification combined with a practical understanding of day-to-day commercial property management. You will need to be customer service driven with strong and effective communication skills to be able to liaise with your client’s professional teams and forge strong and effective relationships.
