Reports To:Fabric Maintenance Manager
- Carry out routine clearing of gutters and plant rooms disposing of redundant materials and waste.
- Carry out seasonal winter maintenance through the clearance of snow and dispersing of ice.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks, assembling furniture, erecting signs and any other general maintenance tasks.
- Setup functions and collaboration spaces across the Estate for AELTC events.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to the Estate, ensuring the CAFM system is used to accurately capture all maintenance information.
- Support the high performing culture of the team by producing accurate maintenance information for planned and reactive tasks so operational reports can be produced.
- Provide logistical support to AELTC staff and suppliers through the operation of specialist access equipment and vehicles.
- Support the Helpdesk team with technical advice and feedback on tasks issued to ensure all procedures are accurate and relevant for the asset identified.
- Provide timely support and guidance to the EM team working collaboratively with other disciplines.
- Ensure excellent service delivery across the Estate by displaying the organisations values of Heritage, Integrity, Respect and Excellence.
- Engage with other departments offering best practice support and advice.
- Any other duties within the scope of the post as directed by the Fabric Maintenance Manager or the Lead Support Services Operative.
- Flexibility to undertake other reasonable maintenance or site duties for the Championships or year-round activity.
- Carry out routine daily activities and checks of all areas ensuring these areas are compliant and to a first-class standard.
- Assist in the preparation and installation of the temporary structures for the Championships and ensure all associated services are provided to support these structures.
- Work with other teams and departments to identify, support, and implement any requirements that may be needed throughout the Championships.
- Support the build, delivery, and de-rig of the Championships, this will involve working extended hours between May and July on a rota basis.
- Work closely with the EM team and key stakeholders to deliver a successful Championships.

- Demonstrable experience of maintaining diverse building services within a complex organisation
- Ability to work independently or within a team to identify technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Full driving license
- Basic IT skills Microsoft Outlook, use of CAFM systems and Word
- Experience in or hold IPAF, PASMA, Forklift licence

The Estate Management Departments role is to manage and maintain the AELTC Estate including grounds and buildings to an extremely high standard, to deliver projects and to support the preparation and operation of the Estate for The Championships.
The Estate Management Department provides a comprehensive response to all reactive and planned maintenance and operations across the Estate, including electrical, mechanical, public health, cleaning, waste management, pest control, support services, construction, painting, and carpentry requests, which are all distributed and monitored via the EM Helpdesk. The department has a particular focus on managing and monitoring the Statutory Compliance items across the Estate to ensure a safe environment is provided to everyone on site. Over the course of the year, approximately 10,000 reactive requests are made to the EM Team; 4000 of these are during the Championships fortnight alone. On top of this, the EM Team also complete the routine Planned Preventative Maintenance programme across all MEP and fabric assets around the grounds, using our in-house team and contractors.
