We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's top new home developers, recognised for quality and exceptional service. As a Customer Care Coordinator on-site in the East London Area. You will be the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a smooth transition into their new homes and handling any post-move-in needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, addressing queries and managing their post-move-in experience.
  • Coordinate with teams and contractors to address any issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
  • Keep homeowners informed on the status of their requests.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the homeowner experience.
