We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estate Management Surveyor (MRICS) to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to manage and optimise a varied property portfolio, ensuring effective estate management and driving value across commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day estate management, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and property inspections.
  • Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and dilapidations, ensuring compliance with all legal obligations.
  • Provide strategic advice on asset management and identify opportunities to enhance the portfolio's value.
  • Prepare and manage service charge budgets, ensuring efficient delivery of estate services.
  • Conduct property valuations and contribute to the financial planning and forecasting for the estate.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure the smooth operation of the estate.
  • Maintain accurate property records, including lease agreements and property reports.
  • Support the acquisition and disposal of property assets where necessary.


Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification (essential).
  • Proven experience in estate management, preferably across a mixed portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, property law, and lease negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance asset value.
  • Proficient in property management software and MS Office applications.
  • Full UK driving licence.
