Corporate Front of House Facilities

City of London - Fully Office Based

£27,000 - £30,000 *DOE

8 hour Shifts between 8am - 6pm

With over 600 members of staff nationwide, they are an inclusive and supportive organisation where everyone works together to provide high-level service to their clients.

As part of the Facilities team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the office. From coordinating facilities management tasks to ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment, your contributions will make a real impact.

Duties:

  • Supporting the wider Facilities team and administrators, with day to day admin and hands on office support
  • Work closely with the Team Leader, and wider teams and departments in the office
  • Floor walks, ensure the office is run smoothly, dealing with day to day issues in the office space
  • Assisting with event support, moving equipment and IT support for events
  • Dealing with internal and external contractors
  • Assisting with office maintenance and coordination of office supplies
  • Work closely with the front of house team, providing 5* client services

What we're looking for:

  • Experience within a facilities role or a hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of MS Packages & IT literate
  • A forward-thinking, hands-on, and proactive approach
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
  • Reliable, dedicated, honest, and professional with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Keen to learn and develop in your role and career
